Frequently Asked Questions

Maximum 7 people per lane, we have 16 lanes. We rent bowling lanes by the hour and always start on the hour. 
If available , you can extend by half an hour on the day itself.

Children can go bowling from 4 years old, laser tag 6 years old. There are automatic bumper gates in every lane. 
There are also slides available. You don't need to book all this. 

Own drinks or food are not allowed. 
If you have booked a children's party package or dinner package, you can bring your own cake. 
You must provide your own plates and cutlery. We can take care of this at €0.50 p.p. 
You must request this in advance due to availability of tables.

Payment and invoice terms

• With a dinner package we ask for a deposit of €5 per person.

• Bowling alleys and children's parties must be paid 100% in advance.

• It is possible to adjust the number of people downwards later.

Payment options
We accept payments by cash, debit card and credit card.
We do not accept VVV or other vouchers.
Gifty and National Bowling Voucher vouchers can be reserved by phone or email.

Invoices and VAT receipts

• Your invoice will always clearly state your (company) name, the description of the services and the VAT amount.

• If you have booked online, you can request a VAT voucher on site.

• For invoices from €500, we offer the option to send them by e-mail. To do this, we kindly ask you to provide the following information in advance by e-mail: company name, address details, contact person, and if applicable a cost center or PO number.

• For invoices under €550, we charge €15 administration costs. We do not accept Candex e-invoicing

• The payment term is 7 days.

Cancellation
If you cancel your reservation within the established cancellation period, the amount paid will be automatically refunded to you.

Yes, at Franky's we take special wishes into account as much as possible during grilling.

Halal
We provide separate halal meat and guests get a separate grill for this. Please note: halal cannot be ordered unlimited and has a more limited range.

Vegetarian/ Vegan grill
We offer different types of meat substitutes and vegetable options. We use a separate grill for this, so that they do not come into contact with meat.

Gluten-free
We have allergen-free marinated meat, gluten-free bread and a separate fryer to prevent cross-contamination. This way, guests with a gluten intolerance can still grill safely.

Lactose-free & other allergies
In consultation, we can provide adapted sauces and desserts. Always indicate this in advance when booking, so that our kitchen can prepare.

👉 Important: always inform us of dietary requirements and allergies well in advance. This way we ensure that everything is well organized and everyone can enjoy carefree.

Extra: for children's parties we also have halal and gluten-free snacks available, you don't have to specify this.

This location is wheelchair friendly to the track area and in the restaurant, there is a disabled toilet available.

From 20 people you can add an all-in drinks package. This can only be booked with a package.

All-in Drinks Package 3.5 hours (beer, wine, soft drinks, coffee and tea (except Redbull and specialty beers) € 26.50 p.p.
All-in Drinks Package 4 hours (beer, wine, soft drinks, coffee and tea (except Redbull and specialty beers) €28.50 p.p.
All-in Drinks Package 4.5 hours (beer, wine, soft drinks, coffee and tea (except Redbull and specialty beers) €30 p.p.

Tokens €3.65 per st. (1 coin; beer, wine, soft drinks, coffee and tea)

Conditions for Sponsorship Applications

To be eligible for sponsorship/free tickets, applicants must meet the following conditions:

1. Visitor to Our Centre:

   • Applicants must be a visitor to our bowling center.

2. Social Media Post:

   • Applicants must create a social media post about our bowling center. This post must be public and tag our location.

3. Approved bodies:

   • Only recognized bodies, such as registered foundations, associations, or companies are eligible for sponsorship. 
     These must be located in our region.

When submitting your application, be sure to provide evidence that all of these conditions have been met.
